As a nationally known dental speaker and consultant, Amy understands dentists are trained to be dentists not HR experts. Dental Jobs Colorado was founded to provide the “match making” service team members and dentists need and let dentists get back to business of dentistry quickly.

Dedicated to helping dentists find “fabulous team members”, Cynthia has conducted more than 500 personal, group or Skype interviews in the Denver Metro area. After joining Amy Kirsch in 2011, Cynthia has provided the HR experience and people skills to find the best team members for dentists. She has been a featured speaker with the Community College of Denver Dental Hygiene Program and Arapahoe/Douglas Workforce Center.
Raised in Las Vegas and Europe, and having lived in Eureka, Winnemucca, and Dragoon, Cynthia and her family were thrilled to be back in Denver with less insects and good school systems. Although she is retired from her first career as an archaeologist, she is happy to apply her “digging” skills to interviewing and screening potential team members.
