MEET THE TEAM
For over 20 years, Amy has connected hundreds of dental practices with the best team members in Colorado. After spending years on the front line as an assistant, office manager, hygienist and dental consultant, Amy is passionate about creating “Dream Teams” that “blow the patients socks off” when it comes to customer service and quality care.
As a nationally known dental speaker and consultant, Amy understands dentists are trained to be dentists not HR experts. Dental Jobs Colorado was founded to provide the “match making” service team members and dentists need and let dentists get back to business of dentistry quickly.Read more
Amy is currently a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine, a Board member of the Academy of Dental Management Consultants and a member of the American Academy of Dental Office Managers. She is also certified consultant with the Bent Ericksen & Associates, a national HR firm and the DiSC Profile system.
When she is not meeting potential “Dream Team” members at a local Starbucks, she can be found at the local dog park with Hannah and Brody, her chocolate and yellow Labrador retrievers. Originally from New Mexico, she is still searching for the best enchiladas and margaritas in Denver.
Dedicated to helping dentists find “fabulous team members”, Cynthia has conducted more than 500 personal, group or Skype interviews in the Denver Metro area. After joining Amy Kirsch in 2011, Cynthia has provided the HR experience and people skills to find the best team members for dentists. She has been a featured speaker with the Community College of Denver Dental Hygiene Program and Arapahoe/Douglas Workforce Center.
Raised in Las Vegas and Europe, and having lived in Eureka, Winnemucca, and Dragoon, Cynthia and her family were thrilled to be back in Denver with less insects and good school systems. Although she is retired from her first career as an archaeologist, she is happy to apply her “digging” skills to interviewing and screening potential team members.Read more
Under Amy’s tutelage, Cynthia has become “dental fluent” learning about root planning and scaling, scheduling for production, packing cord, checking x-ray frequencies and 4910’s. Now loving dentists and dental teams as much as Amy, she is passionate about matching the right team members with the right practice.
When not cooking French and Mediterranean food for her family and neighbors, Cynthia stays busy with her two border collies, Duncan and Scout, who are best friends with Amy’s two Labrador retrievers, Brody and Hannah.
